AASHA Scholarship Program

Every child deserves a chance to dream, to soar beyond their circumstances. But financial barriers often shatter those dreams, leaving talent untapped and potential unfulfilled. Sahaay’s AASHA scholarship program is the spark that ignites those dreams, empowering brilliant students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

We identify promising students and place them in esteemed schools such as Ankur, CN, Amardeep, Divine Life, and more. Through your support, we bridge the financial gap and provide coaching classes for secondary and higher secondary students, ensuring they have the resources to succeed.

KHUSHI Community Education Centers

Students find solace, support, and the unwavering belief that their dreams can come true at KHUSHI community education centres. Expert teachers work closely with students, helping them overcome academic challenges and nurturing their overall development.

In addition to academic support, our community education centres also serve as spaces for our scholarship recipients to continue their education. By providing a conducive learning environment closer to their homes, we eliminate the need for long commutes and ensure students can fully engage in their studies. 

To make this possible, we employ dedicated teachers and cover the rent costs for the community centre, ensuring that no barriers hinder the students’ educational journey.

SUKH Vocational Training Program

Sahaay is committed to empowering individuals beyond the classroom. Our SUKH vocational training program aims to equip individuals, particularly women, with practical skills that enhance their employability and livelihoods. Through our pilot project, we have started tailoring training for three women who will be provided employment opportunities.

By offering vocational training programs, we empower individuals to earn a sustainable income and contribute to the economic growth and self-reliance of their families. 

The expenses incurred for sewing machines and equipment are vital investments that enable these women to embark on a new journey of self-sufficiency.
